What you’ll do

The Estimator is responsible for completing take-offs and estimates for assigned projects while following up on single or multi-scope bids. They also attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings and prepare necessary work orders and material sheets.

Requirements

Candidates need 3-5 years of construction estimation experience and post-secondary education in a construction-related field such as Architectural Technology or Construction Management. Proficiency in reading drawings, basic AutoCAD, and general building envelope knowledge are required.
