Job summary
Role: Roofer Summary: Install, repair, or replace four and/or single-ply commercial roofing systems, using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic composition on various sectors including but not limited to industrial, institutional and commercial buildings Daily responsibilities: •Install or replace a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and PVC •Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams •Cut roofing paper to size using knives; and nail or staple roofing paper to roofs in overlapping strips to form bases for other materials "Benefits according to the Union collective bargaining agreement" We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
