The apprentice will implement measures to prevent water intrusion in commercial buildings by applying membranes, coatings, and sealants. Daily tasks include the installation of various waterproofing systems such as hot rubber, torch-on membranes, and urethane coatings.

Role: Waterproofer Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods. Daily responsibilities: •Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems •Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade •Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation "Benefits according to the Union collective bargaining agreement" \n \n $22 - $30 an hour *Pay is dependent on the position offered and the level of skills & experience* \n
