Role: Waterproofer Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods. Implement measures to prevent water ingress in commercial buildings by applying membranes, coatings, and sealants. Install Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating, and Blindside Waterproofing systems.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of above and below grade waterproofing systems. Experience with torch-applied and hot-applied methods, as well as commercial roofing installation, is required.
