Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: In person (Monday to Friday) Pay: CA$55,000.00 - CA$65,000.00 per year About the Role We are looking for a detailed and organized General Ledger Accountant to manage our core financial records, reporting, and month-end closing processes. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare month-end financial statements and support year-end closing. General Ledger: Maintain general ledgers, record daily transactions, and ensure accurate posting. Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Internal Controls: Help maintain internal financial procedures and company protocols. Team Support: Collaborate with team members and assist on special accounting/admin projects. Qualifications & Skills Education: Degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred). Experience: 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Software: Proficient in accounting softwares and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Languages: English and Mandarin(French not required). Attributes: Strong understanding of accounting principles, high attention to detail, and a positive, adaptable attitude.
