We are currently looking for a Backhoe Operator to join our growing team! Reporting directly to the Site Supervisors, The Backhoe Operator will be responsible for performing a variety of construction tasks using a backhoe. Roles & Responsibilities Using a Backhoe to remove concrete curbs and sidewalks on roads and parking lots. Bulk excavation and loading trucks for disposal Fine and finished grading work Following equipment maintenance schedule as required. Performing a daily circle check on equipment and vehicles. General labour duties such as preparing materials and clean up of site area. Other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisors Qualified Candidates Will Possess Minimum 2 years experience operating a backhoe Experience in the construction industry with a willingness to learn Experience in concrete removal and/or road work is a requirement. Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment A safety conscious demeanor and willingness to adhere to company safety policies, practices and procedures. The Backhoe Operator is responsible for removing concrete curbs and sidewalks, performing bulk excavation, and executing fine grading work. Additionally, they must conduct daily equipment checks and assist with general site labor and cleanup.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience operating a backhoe, specifically within concrete removal or road work. A valid driver's license and a strong commitment to safety policies are required.
