Identifying client needs, providing information, answering inquiries, submitting applications, while maintaining a high level of compliance. Job Description Key Responsibilities Provide advice and needs analysis, and complete sales applications Accurately record prospect feedback in an online system Meet sales targets and quality measures on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Regularly communicate with prospects and clients through both verbal and written modes of communication Support various marketing and/or sponsor campaigns Sell and service life insurance products sold by Canada Protection Plan Continue to keep life insurance licensing in good standing Other duties as required Key Qualifications Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses; Quebec licensing mandatory, licensing outside of Quebec must be obtained within 6 months of hire Prior experience working in a call center is preferred Proven sales background Able and willing to follow scripts and regulations Fully bilingual in English and French in both verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and within a team Post-secondary school graduate or equivalent #LI-Remote The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
