Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management and possess at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a unionized environment.
