Our SASKATOON BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for a WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (PARTS HANDLER) to join our team! What You Will Do: The Parts Handler is responsible for picking and filling orders from stock for customers while managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. You will work with your branch team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks: Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock Verify customer orders are correct before packaging for shipment Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas Package, label, and ship customer orders, verifying order accuracy before shipping Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any damaged or missing stock to management May assist with loading vehicles May occasionally deliver parts with FGI vehicles Other duties as assigned What We Require: Must have 1 year of general warehouse experience, shipping and receiving, or order picker experience using an RF Scanner or barcode gun, combined with a high school diploma or other equivalency certificate Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including daily lifting of 50 pounds or more, and occasionally lifting over 100 pounds with assistance; constant standing, walking, pushing and pulling of pallet jacks or shopping carts within FGI facilities; reaching and working at varying heights; and climbing stairs and/or ladders. Experience operating a forklift and familiarity with aftermarket parts or heavy-duty parts is preferred but not required Must have open availability including Saturdays Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence What We Offer: Competitive Wages -PLUS Yearly bonus! What you’ll do

The Parts Handler is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders from warehouse stock. They are also tasked with organizing inventory, inspecting items for defects, and assisting with vehicle loading.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of warehouse or shipping experience using an RF scanner and a high school diploma. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and open availability, including Saturdays.
