At FortisBC, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Analyst to join our Employee Services team. Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics & HRIS Optimization, you'll play an important role in supporting employee programs by ensuring people-related information is accurate, reliable, and delivered in a timely manner. You'll help maintain high-quality data, support reporting needs, contribute to process improvements, and provide operational support for key employee total rewards programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working with a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you will: Support the delivery of employee programs by maintaining accurate employee information and records. Provide guidance and support to employees and internal stakeholders regarding people-related processes and programs. Prepare and deliver reports and insights that support operational and business decision-making. Participate in audits, reviews, and activities that ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, system enhancements, and organizational priorities. Help maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee information while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Provide operational support across Employee Services and Total Rewards programs, contributing to the successful delivery of departmental priorities and services. What it takes: A diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, combined with relevant experience. Experience supporting HR, employee services, benefits, payroll, pension, or Total Rewards programs. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. A customer-focused approach with sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience working with SAP and other HRIS systems, reporting tools, and advanced spreadsheet tools. applications.
