We are Canada’s first-ever philanthropic foundation dedicated to investing in Black communities. FFBC was created for, and driven by, black communities in Canada; it exists to ensure their flourishing and self-determination. The Director of Communications provides strategic leadership for the foundation's voice, narrative, and public positioning. This includes managing media relations, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement to build trust and elevate community voices.

Lead core HR operations including compliance, payroll, and benefits administration while supporting leadership in workforce planning and organizational design. Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR policies.
