Position Overview Foundation Health is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing team. This role focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of sleep disorders, working collaboratively with primary care providers and specialists within our network. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to build or expand a sleep medicine practice within a supportive, modern, and integrated clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with sleep disorders, including: Obstructive sleep apnea Insomnia Restless legs syndrome Circadian rhythm disorders Interpret sleep studies (polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests) Develop and oversee treatment plans, including CPAP therapy and behavioral interventions Collaborate with family physicians and other specialists for comprehensive patient care Provide patient education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EMR systems Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development Qualifications Medical degree with licensure in Ontario Certification in Sleep Medicine (RCPSC, CPSO) Background in Internal Medicine, Respirology, Neurology, or Family Medicine with sleep-focused practice Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and collaborative abilities Compensation & Structure Administrative and billing support provided Access to established referral network Flexible scheduling Why Join Foundation Health? What you’ll do

The physician will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and management of various sleep disorders, including interpreting sleep studies and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a medical degree with Ontario licensure and certification in Sleep Medicine, ideally supported by a background in Internal Medicine, Respirology, Neurology, or Family Medicine with a sleep focus.
