The manager will oversee HR operations for the Vancouver office and expatriates while leading company-wide organizational development and compliance initiatives. They will also partner with the Suriname HR team to build local capability and ensure adherence to corporate policies and employment regulations.

The Corporate Controller oversees consolidated financial reporting, internal controls, and the corporate close cycle while supporting management decision-making. The role also manages audit processes, cost control governance, and provides leadership to the finance team.
