Duration: 12 months Open to candidates in Calgary as well Daily Responsibilities: Partner with the Recruitment team to develop a thorough understanding of profiles to be hired for Identify suitable candidate profiles to move forward in the recruitment process Oversee the assessment process for candidates for high-volume roles Review and distribute candidate assessments to the appropriate recruitment partner Accurately input documentation on candidates, interview schedules and other recruiting activities using the applicant tracking system (Workday) Maintain metrics related to the candidate assessment process Continuously seek efficiencies to enhance the employee experience Independently generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing channels, including: internal/external postings, internet recruiting, proactive networking, employee referrals, researching and initiating other channels as appropriate Identify appropriate sources and work with these sources to attract qualified candidates Develop cost effective, efficient, creative and innovative solutions to sourcing challenges Educate, consult and transfer knowledge of staffing processes, diversity, interviewing skills and legislation to hiring managers Screen resumes and/or conduct video interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum recruitment criteria Participate in special staffing oriented projects as required Program/technology/software knowledge essential for this role: Excel, Word, Outlook Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations: 2-3 years of pure recruitment experience (corporate environment, non-technical) Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain a high-volume workload, as well as keen attention to detail Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills Experience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral based Interviews Strong sourcing skills to locate candidates Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service Strong client service orientation Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations: Workday Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
