The Role You'll be picking, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. No two days are the same: one moment you're selecting orders, the next you're unloading a container or restocking. If you like staying active and take pride in accuracy, this is your kind of job. What You'll Do • Pick and pack customer orders for shipment and delivery • Operate forklift and electric pallet jack • Unload shipping containers (Loose floor loaded and palletized) • Stock shelves and maintain organized display areas • Process transactions using our warehouse management system • Maintain accurate computerized inventory • Keep the warehouse clean and orderly (sweeping, mopping, general upkeep) • Assist with minor facility maintenance as needed • Other duties as assigned What You Bring • Positive attitude and great work ethic • 1+ year of warehouse experience (or equivalent hands-on experience) • Valid Forklift Operator Certification is an asset • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly • Detail-oriented and organized • Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player • Steel-toed safety boots (required) Nice to Have • Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and RF scanner • Electric MHE experience (Reach, Counter balance, Walkie) Schedule & Pay • $19.00/hour • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Times may change to support business) • Full-time, permanent position • Start date: As soon as possible What We Offer • Health, dental, and vision coverage – (eligible after 3 months) • Paramedical services (massage, physio, chiro) – (eligible after 3 months) • Life insurance and group insurance benefits – (eligible after 3 months) • Travel insurance – (eligible after 3 months) • Paid training and development opportunities • Free parking • Team building events Work Environment This is an on-site warehouse role in Niagara Falls (L2H 0A6). No remote work exists for this role. Public transit accessible. The work is physical: you'll be on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day. It's fast-paced and repetitive at times, but you'll be part of a tight-knit team that keeps things moving.
