Job Summary Surrey-Newton Urgent and Primary Care Centre FH invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. The Surrey-Newton Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has Full time, Part time and Locum opportunities available. You will have a choice of longitudinal, urgent care or a combination of both. Our UPCC opened in the Newton neighbourhood of Surrey, BC in May 2020. We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support.You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and manage a panel of patients. We aim to provide patient centred and trauma informed care to our clients and our mandate is to serve the vulnerable and medically complex in the area. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centred, culturally safe and quality care.Surrey UPCCs prioritize a collaborative and supportive team environment.
