The supervisor oversees food service operations, including staff scheduling, meal preparation standards, and inventory management. They also ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct quality audits, and manage administrative tasks such as payroll and budget monitoring. Candidates must have graduated from a recognized two-year Food Service Supervision program and possess at least one year of recent related experience. A current Food Safe Level I and II certificate or equivalent is also required.
