The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse provides and coordinates psychiatric nursing care through direct clinical activities, crisis intervention, and patient education. They work collaboratively with an interprofessional team to deliver person-centered care via virtual technology and community outreach. Candidates must be graduates of an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as an RN or RPN with the BCCNM. The role requires at least one year of recent related experience in inpatient mental health services and a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
