The Project Coordinator supports project teams throughout the bidding and execution phases by assisting with safety compliance, documentation, and resource estimation. They also manage material requisitions, permit applications, and client invoicing while providing ongoing support to Project Managers and Superintendents.

Proposals & Pursuits Specialist

The specialist will lead the entire lifecycle process for proposals and strategic pursuits, including leading kick-off meetings, setting deadlines, assembling content, and managing submissions and follow-through activities. They will also manage the CRM database post-submission, document feedback, integrate lessons learned, and maintain proactive client relationships to identify future opportunities.

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is directly accountable for all aspects of project performance, including resource planning, commercial adherence, HSEQ, client management, and regulatory compliance for major capital infrastructure projects.
