Fraserway RV is looking for an RV Rental Operations Supervisor to lead our Rentals team in Whitehorse, Yukon. Working closely with the Rentals Manager, you'll supervise the daily operations of the Rentals Department by leading the Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams to ensure rental units are prepared according to reservation schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service, quality, and safety standards. What You'll Do Supervise and coordinate the activities of rental service clerks, reservation agents, and other travel and accommodations workers. Ensure rental RVs are cleaned, inspected, serviced, and ready for customer departures. Coordinate with Customer Service and other departments to support efficient rental operations. Monitor fleet readiness, turnaround times, and operational performance. Coach, train, and support employee development. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Resolve operational and customer service issues professionally and efficiently. Promote a positive, respectful, and safety-focused workplace. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments. Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. What You'll Bring Previous supervisory or team lead experience. Minimum two years of experience in RV rentals, hospitality, tourism, accommodations, or a related service industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German is an asset, as many of our rental customers are German-speaking. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions. Weekend, evening, and seasonal overtime as required. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
