Coordinate domestic and cross-border freight operations, including drayage, LTL/FTL shipments, and 3PL warehouse activity, while resolving shipment exceptions and maintaining accurate documentation. Support the Operations Manager by helping set team standards, monitor workload and performance, train team members, and improve service delivery.
