Production Associates are responsible for weighing, portioning, and packing ingredients, as well as assembling meal kits and managing inventory. They must maintain food safety and sanitation standards while working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled production environment. Candidates must be able to work in a cold environment, stand for the duration of their shift, and lift up to 30 lbs. Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehousing is considered an asset, but not required as full training is provided.
