The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for performing daily quality inspections, verifying CCPs, and ensuring compliance with food safety and GMP programs. They will also communicate non-conformances to relevant departments and provide training to staff on quality standards.

The machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting food processing machinery such as slicers and dicers. They must also perform manual food processing tasks while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to strict safety protocols.

The team member is responsible for recipe prepping, manual cutting, and peeling of fruits and vegetables. They also handle packaging, sealing finished products, and building skids for customers while adhering to food safety rules.

The Food Production Worker is responsible for lifting crates of produce, dumping vegetables onto conveyor belts, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. They must adhere to WorkSafe and food safety guidelines while communicating any quality issues to the team.

The Shipping Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately shipping, receiving, and recording inventory and materials. They must operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to meet productivity targets and shipping schedules.

Manage and support customer accounts through proactive communication, order assistance, product recommendations, service recovery, and identification of sales opportunities. Research and contact prospects, qualify leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to grow customer relationships and revenue.
