OVERVIEW: You became a teacher to make an impact. What if you could take that impact beyond one classroom? Fueling Brains Academies is looking for Alberta Certificated Teachers who are passionate about exceptional teaching, curriculum, child development and developing other educators. This isn't a traditional classroom teaching role. As a Program Implementation Specialist, you will become an educational leader within the campus - helping teachers bring the Fueling Brains educational model to life, strengthening instructional quality, supporting children's learning and development, and helping create an exceptional experience for educators and families. If you're an experienced teacher who loves great pedagogy but is also ready to coach, influence and lead, this could be your next step. WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will be the educational champion within your campus, working closely with teachers, campus leadership and our broader education team to: Become highly proficient in the Fueling Brains curriculum, programming and executive-function model. Coach and support teachers and assistants in delivering high-quality, consistent programming. Develop educators toward mastery of the Fueling Brains teaching model and teacher certification. Help educators differentiate learning experiences based on children's individual developmental and learning needs. Strengthen curriculum implementation and ensure programming is visible, purposeful and consistently delivered throughout the campus. Support children's learning, development, assessments and individual learning plans. Help elevate instructional quality and professional practice across the campus. Partner with families through parent-teacher conversations, learning plans, parent events and discussions about children's development. Support campus tours and help prospective families understand what makes the Fueling Brains educational approach different. Work collaboratively with campus leadership and step in as a Director designate when required. Remain connected to the classroom by supporting in ratio when needed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: This role could be a great fit if you're a strong educator who naturally finds yourself mentoring others, sharing ideas and asking, “How can we make this even better?” You will need: Bachelor of Education (BEd) - required Alberta teaching certification - required Strong knowledge of teaching, learning, curriculum and child development Experience supporting diverse developmental and learning needs Confidence coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to educators Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence communicating with parents and families about children's learning and development A collaborative, hands-on leadership style A genuine interest in growing beyond the traditional classroom teacher role Experience in early learning, childcare, educational leadership, curriculum implementation, teacher development or instructional coaching would be considered an asset. You'll be in classrooms, working alongside educators, observing learning in action, coaching teams, engaging with families and helping turn educational philosophy into excellent everyday practice. Requirements
