We are committed to providing compassionate, professional care to support recovery and well-being. *Job Summary* We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, your primary mission will be leading a critical project to update, verify and expand our expert medical assessor roster. You will also monitor corporate procurement channels to help secure new business opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and tracking skills, this role is for you. *Core Responsibilities* * *Roster Management:* Outreach to medical assessors via phone and email to update credentials and availability. * *Document Control:* Collect, review and systematically file medical assessor CVs and certifications. * *Data Tracking:* Maintain and optimize the assessor roster database using Excel tracking sheets. * *Procurement Monitoring:* Review vendor portals daily to identify and summarize relevant Requests for Proposals (RFPs). * *Administrative Support:* Assist with data entry and general office processes as required. *Qualifications & Skills* * Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word. * Exceptional professional phone manner with clear, concise verbal and written communication. * Proven office experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in healthcare, insurance or legal administration is highly preferred. * Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage high-volume outreach without losing attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate professionally with medical experts while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
