This new marine terminal provides world class unloading, processing, and shipping of agriculture products to markets around the world. The Role You will lead the asset care strategy for the G3TV site, driving safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. This role oversees all repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvements across site infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership: Cultivate a "Target Zero" safety culture and ensure strict compliance with provincial/federal regulations for all workers and contractors. Team & HR Management: Directly supervise and develop the maintenance team, overseeing performance management, coaching, and labor relations in a unionized environment. Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute asset care for all material handling equipment, automation systems, utilities, and buildings. Operations Alignment: Partner with the Operations team to strategically schedule work and minimize downtime. Budget & Inventory: Manage the maintenance budget and optimize spare parts inventory and procurement. What You Bring Background: Journeyperson Millwright, Mechanical Engineering Technologist, or a Mechanical Engineering degree. Experience: 8–10 years in heavy industry; minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (union supervision experience preferred). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and proficiency with CMMS. What We Offer Industry-competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Requirements

Candidates need 8-10 years of heavy industrial experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment. A background as an electrician, millwright, technologist, or engineer is required, along with knowledge of RCM and CMMS.
