Job Title: Key Account Manager - Central Canada Location: Toronto Job Description This role is responsible for the promotion and demand generation of the portfolio of Galderma Aesthetic products. The Key Account Manager has responsibility for the business planning and development of Key Accounts inclusive of National and Regional Franchise Accounts, chain accounts, and key accounts that purchase multiple/specialty Galderma Aesthetic products. While increasing total sales revenue by being a strategic partner and advisor to the key accounts and finding new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit, this role will also require compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders using key account metrics. Key Responsibilities Drive the expansion of Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio across key accounts in a defined geography, with national and regional overlap specific to franchise accounts, chain accounts and Key accounts by: Implementing the Galderma Aesthetic brands Plans of Action to increase sales, account development, penetration, and market share. Owning and strengthening relationships with existing customers and developing and cultivating productive relationships with new customers Applying an understanding of customer business models and the Aesthetics industry to increase sales and actualize opportunities. Collaborating with regional sales team, and sales and marketing leadership to identify Galderma Aesthetics opportunities Developing and leading the ROI framework, working closely with analytics partners while embedding this approach into the recommendation and decision-making approach of key programs/ proposals Utilizing effective direct selling techniques and deep industry knowledge to drive sales Confidently and credibly communicate key clinical data, study designs and study results and able to articulate key selling messages supported by data Use and leverage virtual platforms and digital assets (Veeva email / engage. Microsoft Teams) to accelerate account engagement, penetration, and development. Skills & Qualifications Completion of a university degree with a Business or Science focus is preferable Key Account experience preferred with a minimum of 3-year track record of success in the Aesthetic sales role. Transactional or direct selling experience is required in this role. Excellent negotiating skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to influence & change customer behavior. Demonstrated strong track record of consistent sales/performance success (such as sales performance, leadership, and/or increased responsibilities) required.
