Job summary
Title : SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager Location: Toronto ON (Onsite) Job Description : Design, develop, and support endpoint management solutions with a focus on SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager and Windows operating systems to ensure endpoint stability, compliance, and performance. Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of SCCM agent issues, software deployment failures, patch management exceptions, and endpoint communication problems. Develop and enhance automation scripts to improve incident resolution, reduce manual intervention, and increase operational efficiency across the endpoint environment. Investigate Windows OS-related issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint health and reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to maintain endpoint management standards, support system upgrades, and ensure adherence to enterprise policies. Monitor endpoint performance metrics, recommend process improvements, document technical solutions, and contribute to the optimization of automated endpoint management capabilities.
