Role: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and microservices. The role focuses on building production-ready applications, modernizing platforms, implementing secure cloud-native solutions, and integrating AI-assisted and agentic AI development workflows. Top 3 Skills Full Stack Development: Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Microservices & Cloud-Native Technologies: GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. AI-Enabled Engineering: GitHub Copilot, AI Development Lifecycle, agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, and AI workflow integration. Additional Skills Microsoft GitHub Copilot AI Development Lifecycle GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support Angular frontends and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js. Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and integrations with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Deliver production-ready code with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Contribute to technical strategy, platform modernization, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Implement AI-assisted development workflows using LLMs, code assistants, prompt templates, and automated code checks. Develop and improve agentic AI workflows, including tool invocation, state management, retries, fallbacks, validation, guardrails, and model evaluation. Promote reusable AI capabilities, plugins, prompts, workflows, and secure development practices. Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices. Improve observability through logging, metrics, distributed tracing, automated alerts, and performance optimization. Apply secure coding practices and implement OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT authentication and authorization. Collaborate with Agile teams, architects, platform teams, and security stakeholders. Mentor developers, share engineering best practices, and support production incidents and on-call operations. Must-Have Experience Strong full-stack development experience with Angular, Java/Spring Boot, and Node.js. Hands-on experience building and operating production applications and backend services. Experience with microservices, APIs, messaging, and cloud-native technologies. Practical experience designing and building agentic AI frameworks or AI-enabled developer tooling/product features. Experience with LLM-driven agents, tool invocation, planner–actor patterns, and retrieval-augmented workflows. Experience implementing agent pipelines with observability, audit trails, validation, guardrails, and approval gates. Experience working in Agile teams and delivering production software.
