Our team is seeking a Claims Supervisor who is experience in Commerical Liability, Auto and property We are looking for an individual who is passionate about going above and beyond for clients, while leading a team to success. Comment vous aurez un impact In the Claims Supervisor role, you will lead a team of adjusters and administrative and technical support staff. Experience in Commerical Auto and CGL Familiarity with litigation, mediation and other legal processes. Drive adjuster hiring and development which results in a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Lead a claims team that delivers high quality and efficient service Guide, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports through the development of team goals and workload balancing protocols, while encouraging and delivering strong performance Continuously finding ways to improve teams' efficiency and quality utilizing Gallagher's technology Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional and proactive manner Effectively lead multiple priorities, recognize coaching opportunities, and position team members for success Au propos de vous High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required. CIP completion or in progress with minimum courses for licensing C110, C11. C12 C14 Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all provinces in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements. Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. Computer experience with related claims and business software. Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred. Behaviors: Ability to think critically, solve problems, plan and organize activities, serve clients, negotiate, effectively communicate verbally and in writing and embrace new challenges. Analytical skill necessary to make decisions and resolve complex issues inherent in handling losses. Ability to successfully negotiate the settlement and disposition of serious claims including the ability to interpret related documentation.
