Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths. As a Business Centre Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? * Hourly wage of $16.60 Per hour * We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Uniform provided at no cost * Permanent Position : Friday and Saturday 0930-1700 RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BUSINESS CENTRE SECURITY GUARD * Maintain a safe and Secure environment * Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal. * Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. * Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site. * Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. * Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports. * Provide Excellent customer service. * Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence * Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS CENTRE SECURITY GUARD * Good verbal and written communication skills * Previous experience in the security industry (asset) * Valid Manitoba Security Guard license * Be able to work Morning shifts * Customer service oriented * Leadership and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a stressful environment This could be more than a job!
