As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in an industrial environment located at L4V 1B8. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? * Hourly wage of $18.40 * We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy * Flexible schedules with various shifts available * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Full-time opportunity: Must be available Mon-Thurs: 10pm-6am * Uniform provided at no cost RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SURVEILLANCE SECURITY GUARD * Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity * Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats * Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports * Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises * Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification * Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions * Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies QUALIFICATIONS FOR SURVEILLANCE SECURITY GUARD * Be authorized to work in Canada * Hold a valid Onatrio security license * WSIB approved First aid certification * Strong report writing skills * Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus * Strong proficiency with technology * Ability to stand and walk throughout shift * Must be comfortable working in a gatehouse environment This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.

Requirements
