In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll conduct mobile patrols, respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and help maintain safe and secure environments. In addition to mobile assignments, you may also work occasional shifts as a Static Security Guard , providing a professional security presence at client sites and building strong relationships with customers. Hourly wage of $22 + comprehensive benefits package We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible afternoon/evening shifts (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM) and overnight shifts (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM). We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Supportive team environment where your safety and well-being are a top priority Employee recognition programs to reqard your hard work and dedication Responsibilities for Mobile Security Guard Conduct mobile and foot patrols across assigned sites to maintain a strong security presence Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency dispatches Enforce property rules, city by-laws, and applicable laws Provide backup support to on-site guards during incidents or high-risk situations Work alongside law enforcement and emergency services when needed Complete clear, accurate reports after each shiftSafely operate and inspect company vehicles Qualifications for Mobile Security Guard Authorized to work in Canada with a valid BC Security License Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract ( Required ) OFA 1 First Aid Certification (Required) Minimum 6 months of mobile security experience Strong report writing and technology skills Physically able to drive, patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods Alert, detail-oriented, with strong situational awareness This could be more than just a job.
