Uniform provided at no cost Supportive team environment where your safety and well-being are a top priority Employee recognition programs to reqard your hard work and dedication Responsibilities for Mobile Security Supervisor Ensure mobile security operations are maintained on a daily basis Oversee training of mobile security staff and ensure procedures are understood and followedImplement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards Supervise and support mobile guards during patrols, alarm responses, and site checks Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to mobile guards to ensure effective coverage Provide assistance to static sites when required Act as a point of contact for clients, engaging via phone and/or in person as needed Monitor performance and address operational issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety, reporting, and service requirements All other related duties Qualifications for Mobile Security Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security license Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License Minimum of 3 years of security related supervisory experience First aid certification ( OFA 1 ) - Mandatory Excellent leadership skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience Managing a Unionized Environment Preferred Experience in Mobile Security Preferred Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude High level of deportment and professionalism If you’re ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit and someone who wants to be a GardaWorld Ambassador, a promising career awaits you!Not the job for you? Lead and supervise mobile security teams across multiple sites to ensure daily operational standards and safety requirements are met. Coordinate patrols, alarm responses, and staff training while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requires a valid BC security license, BC Class 5 Driver's License, and mandatory OFA 1 first aid certification. Candidates must have at least 3 years of security supervisory experience and authorization to work in Canada.
