RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TACTICAL SECURITY GUARD As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll: * * Patrol parking facilities in Downtown Toronto. * Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations. * Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems. * Provide excellent customer service and assist the public. * Support individuals in need with professionalism and respect. * Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a visible security presence. * Respond to medical and emergency situations until emergency services arrive. * Complete accurate incident reports and communicate key details. * Work closely with emergency services and site management when required. QUALIFICATIONS FOR TACTICAL SECURITY GUARD FOR PARKING AUTHORITIES * Authorization to work in Canada. * Valid Ontario Security Guard License. * Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved). * Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours. * Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Minimum 1 year of tactical experience (mandatory), and * Completion of a Police Foundations diploma, or * Police experience, or * Canadian military experience, or * Certified Protection Officer (CPO) certificate (or willingness to obtain one) * Enjoy Consistent Shifts and Work-Life Balance with every other weekend off. * Availability of day and night shifts throughout the week (comfortable to work 12 hour continental shifts, either days or nights) This posting is for a future position with the organization YOUR NEXT MOVE Join a team where professionalism meets purpose.
