Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths. As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? * Hourly wage $20 -$22 * We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy * Flexible schedules with various shifts available * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Full-time & part-time opportunities * Uniform provided at no cost RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TACTICAL SECURITY GUARD * Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity * Check identification and control access to secure areas * React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken * Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras * Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks * Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents QUALIFICATIONS FOR TACTICAL SECURITY GUARD * Be authorized to work in Canada * Hold a valid security license * First aid certification - required * Security experince - required * Ability to stand and walk throughout shift. * This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization This could be more than a job! Requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid security license and first aid certification. Previous security experience and the physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts are required.
