The Production Supervisor leads fabrication operations in a unionized environment to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. They coordinate personnel, materials, and equipment to execute work orders in accordance with the production plan. Candidates should possess an Engineering degree and strong hands-on experience with metal fabrication processes and CNC machinery. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is required.
