Deliver a 10-week Career Foundations Program through individualized coaching, group facilitation, and community-based learning. Support participants with disabilities in building foundational skills for workforce participation and independence.

The Program Administrator & Intake Support manages participant intake processes, including scheduling and data entry, while providing administrative support for the Edmonton Employment Resource Centre. They also serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and assist with general office operations and vendor management.
