This position provides executive, governance, project, and communications support while helping advance Gateway CHC strategic priorities and organizational excellence. *About Gateway Community Health Centre* Gateway CHC provides comprehensive primary health care with a focus on health promotion and illness prevention through a collaborative, inter-professional model. Located in Tweed, Ontario, Gateway serves clients of all ages, especially those at higher risk or facing barriers to care. We value innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. * Support accreditation planning, documentation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. * Monitor governance and compliance requirements and support accreditation, funding, and legislative obligations. * Maintain Board SharePoint content and ensure information is accurate and current. * Support strategic projects and organizational priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. * Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas and meeting packages, record minutes, maintain governance records, support the Annual Meeting of Members, and ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and regulatory requirements. * Support the Board Chair, CEO, and Directors by maintaining accurate governance documentation, corporate records, and regulatory filings. *Qualifications* Post-secondary education in a relevant field. * 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible executive, governance, or project support experience. * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools. * Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system and not-for-profit sector is an asset. *Benefits * Dental care Extended health care HOOPP- pension plan On-site parking Flexibility for evening shifts and program service hours 4 week?s vacation *How to Apply * Please submit your resume and cover letter with first and last name by email with *First Name, Last Name EA 2026 *in the subject line to *[email protected] * We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
