The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive clinical health services, including diagnosis and management of health problems, with a focus on HIV care and gender-affirming services. They work within an interdisciplinary team to promote health and disease prevention for priority populations facing barriers to care.

The Health Services Receptionist acts as the primary contact between clients and practitioners, managing appointments, referrals, and electronic medical records. They are responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and ensuring the clinic is maintained in an orderly and secure fashion.
