Job Description Summary As a Clinical Application Specialist – Patient Monitoring, you will support the adoption and optimization of monitoring solutions across acute care environments. You will deliver clinical training and workflow support to end-users, helping improve patient care and clinical efficiency. You will partner with customers and internal teams to provide a consistent, high-quality experience across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sale support to implementation and post-go-live optimization. Job Description Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical training and support during implementations, go-lives, and optimization engagements Partner with customers to improve workflows and drive best practices Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience Maintain strong knowledge of monitoring solutions and clinical applications Demonstrate a customer-first mindset, accountability, and continuous improvement Basic Qualifications Associate degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of clinical experience Registered Nurse (RN)) with active registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body e.g ((NNPBC), (BCCNM) Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses (CACCN)) Experience delivering clinical education or training Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to travel extensively (60%+), including overnights Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. Compliance with GE HealthCare quality, vaccination, and Spirit & Letter requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience with patient monitoring systems in acute care Experience with critical care patient monitoring Strong facilitation and organizational skills Bilingual English/French is an asset The ideal candidate will be located in the Vancouver Metro area and/or near a major international airport We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership –always with unyielding integrity.
