Due to higher demand on the market, company invites a new team member, who will be responsible for a production technology. 5th November, 2025 Your Mission Responsibility for the production technology of electric drives and their components; Development and implementation of technological procedures in serial production; Technology development (tooling, equipment) for serial production; Quality assurance in accordance with standards; Optimization of production processes with modular approach; Cooperation with Quality, Development and Procurement. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least five years of experience in production technology are required. Candidates should have good knowledge of quality assurance and automotive industry processes, fluent English, a responsible and persistent work attitude, initiative in finding solutions, integrity, and a proven record of teamwork and results.
