GemTek Recruiting is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist for an AI transformation contract. 📍 Ottawa hybrid, with 10 days onsite each month 📅 Planned start: December 7, 2026 ⏳ Initial term: 12 months, with an optional additional 24 months 🕒 37.5 hours per week We are looking for someone with: • At least 5 years of recent organizational change management experience supporting complex enterprise transformations • Experience leading change management for at least one enterprise AI or Generative AI initiative across multiple lifecycle phases • Strong experience with change strategies, readiness and impact assessments, executive engagement, communications, adoption measures and learning resources • Knowledge of responsible AI and its impact on people and workflows • A relevant university degree and recognized change management certification, such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP Please answer both screening questions when applying: Are you currently based in Canada and legally authorized to work here? Candidates need a relevant university degree, a recognized change management certification such as Prosci ADKAR or CCMP, and eligibility for Reliability Status clearance, including Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and five years of continuous Canadian residency.
