RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct end-to-end pricing discrepancy resolution through deep-dive analysis, identifying impacted customers, recommending and implementing pricing adjustments where appropriate, while also reviewing and approving/rejecting Canadian branch order approvals and evaluating daily branch pricing requests for necessary updates. * Work with large, multi-source datasets to build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reports. * Deep dive analysis of pricing based on product categories and buying groups in order to recommend pricing adjustments when required. * Review any low margin products& customers and recommend pricing changes, when applicable. * Monitor daily pricing transactions and evaluate monthly results to ensure compliance, identify trends, and address discrepancies. * Leverage statistical analysis and large dataset interpretation to identify pricing discrepancies, develop data-driven pricing recommendations, and execute adjustments while reviewing branch pricing requests and order approvals. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education/Experience/Skill * Minimum post-secondary education in Business and/or Finance. * Minimum of 2 years experience in finance/pricing experience an asset. * Project Management: superior organization and time management skills. * Computer Proficient: Microsoft Office, Power BI. * Demonstrate a strong financial and sales channel pricing background Behavioural Disposition * High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. * Ability to react and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Emotional intelligence and leadership projection that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees.

The role involves conducting end-to-end pricing discrepancy resolution and building pricing models and dashboards using large datasets. The analyst will monitor daily transactions and recommend pricing adjustments based on product categories and margin analysis.

Candidates must have a minimum post-secondary education in Business or Finance and at least 2 years of experience in finance or pricing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, along with strong organizational skills, is required.
