However, we will be relocating to a new facility in Newmarket, ON in the Fall of 2026. *Here?s Why You Want to Work Here:* * Competitive wage ? based on skillset and experience * Group benefits, including Extended Health & Dental * A continual focus on training and skills development * Opportunity to work on custom, non-repetitive projects * Supportive team environment with room for growth *Here?s What You?ll Be Doing:* * Assemble mechanical components for conveyors and material handling systems, including frames, rollers, belts, drives, guards, and accessories * Read and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions * Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently * Align, fit, and install mechanical parts to required tolerances * Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during assembly * Conduct visual and functional checks to ensure quality standards are met * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times * Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and engineering as required *Here?s What You?ll Need*: * Previous experience as a mechanical assembler, millwright helper, or industrial assembler preferred * Experience with conveyors or material handling equipment is a strong asset * Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings * Comfortable using hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, grinders, torque tools, etc.) * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Basic tools * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented *Work Environment * * Safety is our highest priority, and safety procedures and guidelines must be adhered to at all times. This includes wearing personal protective equipment, such as eye protection and safety shoes at all times during a work shift. * Our facility operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. * This position requires you to work overtime as needed. * Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team environment. *Compensation:* George A.
