Creative Specialist (Post Production) Department: Creative Reports To: Client Marketing Manager Works Closely With: Partner - Creative Direction, Marketing Team, Creative Specialists Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Regina, Saskatchewan Purpose The Creative Specialist (Post Production) creates exceptional videos from raw footage. You'll edit, refine, and finish videos that tell compelling stories and reflect the quality Gerhardt Studios is known for. Whether it's a scroll stopping Reel, an event highlight, a campaign video, a customer story, a recruitment video, or branded content, you'll combine creativity and technical skill to produce videos people genuinely enjoy watching. What You'll Do: Craft Stories Through Video You'll transform raw footage into videos that capture attention, tell a story, and support our clients' marketing goals. • Edit short and long form videos. • Create Reels and other vertical content. • Produce campaign and promotional videos. • Edit customer stories and testimonials. • Create event highlight videos. • Prepare videos for multiple digital platforms. Elevate Every Frame Great editing happens in the details. • Colour grade footage. • Improve and balance audio. • Select music and sound effects. • Add titles, captions, and motion graphics. • Complete quality control before delivery. Manage the Workflow You'll keep projects organized from the moment footage arrives until the final video is delivered. • Organize footage and project files. • Prepare review versions. • Incorporate client and internal feedback. • Export videos for multiple platforms. • Archive completed projects. Areas of Responsibility The Creative Specialist (Post Production) owns the editing, finishing, and delivery of video content across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll be responsible for producing polished, engaging videos that are delivered on time while balancing multiple projects. Your work turns great footage into exceptional marketing.
