As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team and help us reach new heights. We are currently looking for a full-time Commercial Property Manager to join our property management team in Thompson, Manitoba. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and business partners. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of commercial properties, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. Maintain strong and professional relationships with commercial tenants, clients, contractors, and service providers. Manage tenant accounts, rent collections, payments, and outstanding balances, following up on delinquent accounts when required. Coordinate and oversee lease administration, including renewals, new leases, amendments, and other contractual matters. Conduct property inspections and regular site visits to ensure properties are well maintained and operational. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requests with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor building operations and ensure that maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained. Assist with lease negotiations and commercial agreements with tenants and business partners. Support the leasing and marketing of available commercial spaces, including property tours and communication with prospective tenants. Monitor property-related expenses, budgets, and operational costs. Coordinate meetings and maintain regular communication with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve property performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the commercial property portfolio. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, real estate, or a related field. Strong knowledge of commercial property operations and tenant relations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. Professional, proactive, and customer-service oriented. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Fluency in English (spoken and written) Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
