Operating for over 5 years, the company owns and manages several residential properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, Quebec City, and Cornwall. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team and reach new heights. We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Cornwall, Ontario. You will play a key role as an essential contributor to our operations. Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment such as HVAC systems and appliances. Diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests to minimize inconvenience for residents. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inventory of parts. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and local regulations to maintain a safe living environment. Identify and implement improvements to optimize maintenance operations and enhance resident satisfaction. Work closely with property managers, contractors, and team members to ensure efficient coordination of tasks.
