Requirements: Health & Safety: Experience with health & safety administration in a work environment. Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience including computer work. Safety Commitment: Ability to successfully satisfy all company standards for safety-sensitive operational roles. Reliability: Strong attendance record and flexibility to support operation needs. Responsibilities: Prepare driver files, create health and safety materials and present to staff, ensure health and safety standards are complied with, follow up on training, etc. Service Quality: Maintain high health and safety standards, customer service standards, and vehicle cleanliness. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, municipal bylaws, company safety policies, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Drivers and staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations.
