Qualifications et exigences : Diplôme : DEP en Soudage-Montage. Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en soudure (expérience en réparation industrielle ou d'équipements lourds un atout). Procédés maîtrisés : Maîtrise des procédés GMAW et FCAW. Procédés de coupe : Habileté avec les outils de coupe (Oxy-Acétylène et Plasma). Santé et sécurité : Respect strict des règles SST et des consignes d'atelier. Aptitudes personnelles : Autonomie, rigueur, ponctualité et bon esprit d'équipe. Responsabilités principales : Réparation de véhicules : Réparation et entretien des camions à déchets. Entretien des équipements : Réparation des compacteurs à déchets, des boîtes de type Roll-off et des conteneurs à chargement avant. Fabrication & Assemblage : Fabrication et assemblage de pièces métalliques diverses selon les besoins de l'atelier. Découpe & Préparation : Préparation, meulage et découpe de pièces à l'aide des procédés plasma et oxyacétylénique.
